Your Sailoroo,
I've recently retired from the family construction company after handing over to my sons. Dinghy sailing 7yo, ocean racing MHYC 14, I started my career as an apprentice shipwright 51 years ago in Sydney aged 17 after it became obvious it was better to be working on boats than not going to school. By age 19 I had started lobster fishing the Abrolhos Islands WA, aged 21 reef fishing the Qld GBR and prawning the Qld Coast. In between times I was boat building and ocean racing. This has been my 67 year life with over 90,000NM of extended passages, deliveries and racing. Highly qualified

EXTRA STUFF FOR DELIVERIES
I am fastidious about signing off the vessel in better shape than when commissioned. This includes cleanliness of the galley and head areas. I always travel in delivery mode under a comfortable sail plan with minimal stresses on the vessel, I've done years of motor sailing to windward, getting there on time with no breakages. Catering for owners is fun to see them enjoying having a caring crew.
